Human stupidity amazes me sometimes. People sit around and bitch about this that and the other thing but do nothing about it. They complain about oil prices, yet what are they doing to stop the war, when will they realize that we're only there for the oil? They complain about poor wages or not being able to find a job, but what are they doing about the 12-20 million illegals in this country that will work cheap. They complain about kids that don't listen, show respect or any sign of intelligence, yet they beat and abuse them then send them off to the fucked up schools of today. I'll tell you why your kids don't show you respect you have to fucking earn it! They wont listen until you do, and if you'd give to shits about your child's education, you'd be fighting to fix the fucked up school system not fighting your child. Why do we just sit around? We can fix this world, we can change the government, they just have us brainwashed so we don't think we can. They paint this false picture to make us feel like we're content with our lives. And when someone steps up and says somethings not right, they just tell you to take your Prozac and forget you knew the truth. We have freedom of speech, but what good does it do when no one listens? But if everyone stands together against the corruption, greed and decite, we can beat it. Can't you see the government just scared, they know if we all unite we stop them, so they just spread stereotypes, lies and propaganda to pull us apart so we don't unite against them. Why can't we get over our differences in favor of peace, love, tolerance, and equality. Why are we so easily decieved?

It sure as hell is!  So this bill that's in the senate right now for illegal immigration is FUCKING RIDICULOUS! I'll admit at first glance, I thought maybe it'd be decent, but after reading more into it, the writers of the bill have gotta be smoking crack if they think this will solve anything.  It will grant pretty much all illegal aliens already here (emphasis on the ILLEGAL) legal residency via a new "temporary" Z visa. So these visa's are supposedly temporary, yet they can be renewed every 4 years (how long their good for) until the visa holder dies... last I checked something that lasts a lifetime was considered permanent... So here we got ourselves a permanent, temporay visa... HOW THE HELL DOES THAT WORK?!?! And even more twisted than that... current legal visa holders will not be allowed to switch to this "permanent" visa system, only peopel who are here illegally.  

To obtain one of these "Z" visa an alien only has to show proof of work ( even though they were working illegally, fucking dumbasses) or that they are a spouse, child, or parent of someone who is working. And show some sort of (easily forged)  document stating that they have been in the country since the first of this year. So illegal aliens their spouses, parents and 15 kids can all live here as long as one of them has a job and can still get government finances legally, where it's like pulling teeth for an already legal citizen to get any sort of government funding and damn near impossible to live on a single income.

The applicants must also go through a "background check" that will only take 24 hours trying to find shit on these people... ok the feds have their own stuff that they are worried about you know they're not gonna spend the whole 24 hours  doing a background check on someone. And even if they were to dedicate the full 24 hours to the checks alot of data exists only in paper records that can't be searched in 24 hours. Other information is held by foreign governments. Plainly, the bill's authors don't have a clue how the government maintains info on criminals and terrorists. It has no single, searchable database of all dangerous people.

Not only that but if any immigration or border patrol agents come acrossed an illegal alien who is eligable for the "Z" visa (pretty much all of them) they can't detain them or God forbid deport them, but they have to help them apply for the visa.

At the rate our population is growing we will be no better of than any third world country. The reason most third world countries are so poor is because of over population. There are too many people for the amount of land, money and resources in the country, and with the rate of illegal immigrants coming in that's exactly where we're headed. The authors of this new bill seem to think they can stop this by limiting visas and blah blah bullshit, but they are allowing the 15 to 20 MILLION ILLEGALS in our country become legal... HOW IN THE HELL IS ALLOWING 20 MILLION MORE PEOPLE LIVE HERE LEGALLY GONNA HELP POPULATION CONTROL?!?! It will also allow illegal aliens who are GANG MEMBERS stay in the country if they sign a piece of paper saying they will renounce their gang affiliation. O yea like a gang member is really gonna stick to a friken piece of paper. And even if they do, the other gang memebrs won't let that fly, are you fucking kidding me! so in order to make ILLEGAL immigrants happy, we're gonna let gang violence increase beccause the gang leaders are gonna be out killing the people who renounce their gang affiliation... O YEA THAT'S REAL FUCKING INTELLIGENT!

The writers of this bill are supposed to be our countries leaders and great minds, yet they don't seem to know how to use their brains. They are too worried with what the people other countries think about us and protecting people who shouldn't even be here in the first place to do what would help out our own country! No wonder all the other countries hate us so much, we don't know how to stay out of everybody elses buisness. We have enough problems in our own country, wouldn't it make sense to get our own shit taken care of before we try and medle in other countries shit?

So we all know that public education sucks in our country and the government seems to think money will fix it.  No amount of money will fix kids that don't want to learn and that don't want to be there in the first place... The only way to fix that is by making what they're learning INTERESTING and NOT POINTLESS! but no , our government is retarted and can't seem to understand that concept. They also can't seem to comprehend that once they took away the teachers right to punish a kid other than sending them to the principal, the teachers LOST ALL CONTROL over students.  The way our education system is now kids control the teachers, no productive learning is going on and kids are being taught to be like everyone else.  More focus is put on classes and information students will NEVER USE in life. Schools supposedly prepare us for the real world, but I fail to see where knowing imaginary numbers, or how to find this angle will ever help anybody in the real world! Creativity is discouraged; kids are being told to act, think, write, draw and essentially be like, everyone else.  How is this helping kids? It's not, not in the least, what in the hell kinda world is it gonna be when all the kids in schools now are running the country? It's gonna suck, everything is gonna be uniform, standards will be significantly lowered because kids now a days are frikin morons and violence will be everywhere because kids aren't taught discipline or respect for others.

The teachers are blamed when performances are low, yet the teachers aren't given a good curiculm in the first place, some kids don't want to learn and create disturbances for those who do, some kids are just plain stupid, and now one of the biggest problems; SOME STUDENTS DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH! How can teachers be held responsible for kids who don't speak the NATIONAL LANGUAGE?!? This is not Mexico, why do we allow kids who do not speak English, who's parents DON'T PAY TAXES, go in and take up space, the teachers time, disrupt students who are there legally and want to learn. These kids, for the most part don't want to be there, don't want to learn AND CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT'S BEING TAUGHT. How is that fair for the kids who want to learn?

Anyways off of the illegals, Who had the bright idea that education should be up to the states?  That's probably the most fucking retarted policy our government has ever come up with.  What about military kids or kids whose parents just like to move alot (like mine). Those kids get royally FUCKED in education. They have to repeat basically the same classes over because the credits don't transfer right from state to state, or they take classes in one state that end up being pointless when they move.

Besides all those problems, now kids have to worry about getting shot in class, gang fights breaking out, weapons being brought to schoool and all other kinds of violence. The people in power seem to think metal detectors and police officers will help that, and it is possible that they will help a little, but it won't solve anything. Infact these measures make kids more uptight and even parinoid. They constently see armed cops walking around, of course that's gonna put kids on edge, and it distracts them from doing their work.

I'm just sick of hearing the government bitch and complain about how dumb our kids are and how low test scores are when they are the reason students are stupid. They took away the teachers authority, now kids don't get any sort of discipline. I'm not saying teachers should smack kids with rulers and shit like they used to, but they should be able to touch them to seperate a fight, and they sure as hell should be allowed to yell at them or discipline them other than writing them up or semding them to the Principal. All the principal is gonna do is suspend them, and what in the hell does that teach them? It teaches them that if they fuck around and act up in class, they're gonna be sent home and not allowed to come to school for however long... So basically their punishment for acting up, which is a sign they don't wanna be there anyways, is they get to sit at home, watch T.V, play video games, listen to music and do whatever they want... O yeah that's a real good punishment!  The government lowers standards so the below-par kids can pass... Aren't standards supposed to be set so kids have to atleast meet, if not exceed, the par? And not only do they lower ciriculum standards, they basically discourage students from taking advanced classes because scholarship criteria is not weighted like the classes so kids will get a "c" in a class which equals a 3 point on the weighted scale but is still only a 2 point on scholarships so they lose that money unless they drop their advanced classes... Isn't the point of education to EDUCATE? So why is it that we discourage our kids from trying the best they can, and encourage them to be "one of the heard." If they would actually set decent standards, give teachers their authority back, federalize education, and stop accepting students without social security numbers, visas or greencards into the school system maybe our kids would be somewhat intelligent!

Dear President Bush,

      Hi, my name is Kimberly Kilgore, I'm an 18 year old living in Phoenix, AZ.  I work a full time job and take college classes at night.  Living in a lower income area in Phoenix, I consistenly run into people who do not know how, and/or refuse to, speak English.  Walking into the local grocery store hearing everybody around you speaking spainish makes it difficult to even remember that we live in the United States of America. 

     I moved to Arizona my Juinor year of high school and since then all the way through publlic high school, it felt like my learning process was being slowed down by students who could not speak or understand clear English. The teachers would have to repeat even the simplest concepts multiple times and give special attention to those who were not quite grasping concepts.  Through all these classes I realized that the people not grasping concepts seemed to be the same people over and over and generally they were the kids who did not speak english. Since, in order to go to school you are supposed to be a citizen of the U.S, and to be a citizen of the United States you are supposed to be able to speak, write and understand english, this made, and continues to make, no sense to me.  Why are we letting kids who are not supposed to be in our country in the first place, and in most cases clearly don't want to be in school, sit in our class rooms with students who want to learn and are legal citizens and disrupt and slow the learning process. And now colleges and financial aid offices are so afraid of discrimination and affirimitave action law suits, that they give financial aid to illegal immigrants, and scholarships are twisted in favor of kids who take regular classes instead of honors/ advanced placement classes by not being weighted.  I went to school with several kids who had to drop their AP classes in fear that they would get a "c", which with the weighted scale of the class would be a "b" but they would lose their scholarships because they were not on the same weighted scale.  I do not understand how it makes sense that students in public school have the choice of either taking regular classes, which in most cases they would be better off not even going to class, or taking advanced classes and risk not being able to get financial aid for college.

    One of the most upsetting things to me that is happening, is that illegal immigrants are recieving scholarships for college, when I, as a legal U.S citizen, had to fight for every penny of financial aid I received. I had to use my parents tax and financial information, when I do not live with my parents; nor am I relying on them for financial help through school, as well as my own which showed that I make over 80,000 dollars a year when in reality I only make just over 17,000 a year. Call me crazy but that seems completly unfair to me. 

    The illegal immigrant marches are another thing that boggles my mind.  Illegal immigrants are just that; ILLEGAL. They do not have the rights of a citizen in the United States, they are not protected under the constitution or any of the amendments, including the first amendment; giving citizens freedom of assembly. Why is the government letting these illegal marches, that are being led by Communist Party leaders, happen in our streets? What was the point of the Cold War if we are going to allow Communist Party leaders to hold massive, illegal marches in our streets? Why are police officers having to go out to these marches for riot control, instead of the border patrol and the INS going out there with thousands of busses ready to deport the ones who cannot produce papers? The marches are very public, everybody knows where they are going to be held, when they are going to be, and that they are illegal, yet nothing is being done to stop it. They can have their "I am illegal and I'm proud of it!" marches but God help us if anyone tried to hold an "I am White and I'm proud of it!" or even "I am a legal American and I'm proud of it!" march, everyone in attendance would be considered racist.

   Working in fast food for almost two years, I worked with illegal immigrants, who could not speak english, yet were making more money than me. It is starting to seem like there is no point in having a social security number anymore.  People can sign leases and other legal contracts, get jobs, attend school,open bank accounts, receive welfare, financial aid and other government funding without a SSN and it seems like it's easier for them than it is for legal citizens with SSNs.

   Now please don't get me wrong I have absolutely nothing against immigration, if it's done legally. The massive amounts of illegal immigrants fleeing to our country annually is a big slap in the face to all those who came to this country legally.  How is it fair that millions of people have had to come in legally but nothing is being done with the estimated 15 million illegal immigrants? I'm not usually politcal but it's time for something to be done. I'm just an everyday American citizen who is conserned with the path our supposedly free country is headed down. We have freedom of speech, as long as we don't offend somebody. We have freedom of religion, as long as we agree with everyone else. We have freedom of assembly, as long as we are here illegally. How is this a free country when we have to censor everything we say, inprison our thoughts and beliefs, in fear of being sued because everybody wants money so they will pretend to be offended by anything? How are we a free country when everything is driven by greed and power? Or when we're taught to suppress our feelings, causing us to rely on doctors and their pills to make us feel satisfied with our lives? What kind of life is that? As kids even we're brainwashed into believing that we are happy and that this is the way the world is supposed to work, when in reality we live in fear of speaking our minds beacause of shooters coming into our classrooms, people flying planes into buildings killing thousands of innocent people, atomic bombs and nuclear warfare, chemical and biolgical warfare, or even simpler things like offending someone, rejection, being told our opinion is wrong or doesn't matter. We are too worried about what other people think of us and what's going with every person and every country to solve the problems in our own country, God knows we have plenty of them.

So we have the FCC telling us we can't say fuck or shit on tv and on the radio even though we hear it every day but they let FUCKING RETARTED CRAP go on the air... things like

so the government is trying to pass a bill for "real ID" cards which at minimum will contain name, birth date, sex, ID number, a digital photograph, address, and a "common machine-readable technology"  that Homeland Security will decide on, like a bar code or radio frequency chips (tracking devices) it's kinda like a drivers lisense in a way only they want to put TRACKERS on them. They also may include FINGER PRINTS, RETNAL SCANS and DNA DATA. As of now they are supposed to be "voluntary" but people without them would not be able to fly or ride a train, also  the Supreme Court ruled that police will be able to demand to see the card from any person whether they have reason or not. Another thing to show how underhanded the goverment really is, in fear of the bill not passing senate, it was added to the military spending bill because the majority of the senate never rejects spending more money on the war effort. This card will be shown when making any kind of purchase from everyday items at a grocery store to airplane tickets to making a deposit in the bank. The card will then be scanned and all your personal data will be stored in that computers data bank.

The intention of the cards is to prevent terrorists from moving freely about our country, but I still don't see how they plan on doing this by treating the rest of us law-abidding citizens like we're terrorists. All this will accomplish is stripping more freedoms from the citizens, making us more of an identification number than a person.

I fail to understand how we can call ourselves a free nation when our government is trying to stanardize us. We are individual people, with our own opinions, thougths, ideas, personality and minds, not a number placed on us by the government. How are we free when we're our individuality is being taken away from us? How are we even human when the government has brain washed us all so much that we actually think they have OUR best intrest in mind? All they want is to make themselves BANK, which they will if this bill passes.

The government enforced industrialization of farms is forcing more and more family owned farms to become more like factories. In these "factory-like" farms animals are confined in tiny stalls, feed things they wouldn't naturally eat, and PUMPED WITH ANTIBIOTICS AND GROWTH HORMONES. We as consumers unknowingly take in these antibiotics causing our immunity to them to go up. And what's worse is that these "growth hormones" injcted into these animals has been LINKED TO CANCER. Less than .002% of cattle in the US is EVER INSPECTED FOR ANYTHING! That means they're not inspected for diseaeses, parasites... nothing.

Not only do these "farms" not properly care for the animals and pass potentially harmful chemicals to the unknowing consumer, the harm the environment. Chemicals from pesticides and the animal manure leak into nearby streams and rivers contaminating our drinking water and overall water supply. In addition the chemicals from the pesticides pollute the soil, giving us contaminted crops.

By now you're probably thinking to yourself, "that's just how it is and there's nothing that can change it." Well there is something that can change it, organic farming. In organic farming they don't use chemical pesticides or artifical fertilizers. They focus on putting nutrients back in the soil, making it healthy in a sence, which in turn makes healthy crops. Not using these chemicals also reduces the pollutiants in the air and water.

Now I don't usually care about politics and stuff but something needs to be done about this. The government is force feeding us antibiotics and potential CARCINOGENS just so they can make themselves a profit. They don't care about the small family farmers that they force to go out of buisness if they don't want to industrialize.
